The objective of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish a framework for the provision of support to the Technical Department. Each framework agreement will cover a separate lot as listed below: • Lot 1: Energy Performance of Building Directive (EPBD) and built environment • Lot 2: Building physics and fabric knowledge • Lot 3: Building Services and Building technologies Tenderers are allowed to apply for more than one lot and any combination of lots.
