Framework agreement with several operators โ
Description
In the case of framework agreements, provide justification for any duration exceeding 4 years:
The period of the framework agreement will be for 10 years in accordance with the provisions set out in Article 33.1 of Directive 2014/24/EU. The justification for a framework agreement longer than the standard four years, is to ensure that the project and all related services can be delivered within the life of the framework, which due to the nature, scale, complexity and multiple locations of the work may exceed four years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any contracts awarded under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework agreement. The maximum estimated value of the services over the lifetime of the framework is anticipated to be in the region of โฌ7,000,000 (ex VAT), it is emphasised that this figure is provided strictly for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the framework.
