However, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to enter into subsequent contract for the remaining racecourses if the need arises. Two of the four racecourses owned and managed by Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) require a Catering Service for the Jockeyโs and Groomsโ Canteen for all race days using existing canteen facilities.
