This framework agreement shall be primarily utilised to procure overbed tables for use in an acute hospital environment on an as-needed basis. It is emphasised, however, that the Contracting Authority may use the agreement to purchase related bedside furniture from the successful framework member at any point during the currency of the framework agreement. Such requests will be fulfilled via the protocol for supplementary tenders described in the terms and conditions contained in Appendix 5 of this agreement.
