Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: An Clochán Liath Foreshore Development (Phase 1). Phase 1 of the proposed works will consist of the construction of a car park, widening of the existing car park access road and construction of a new access road onto the Quay Rd / Maghery Rd through the existing Cope Property and land to the rear of Main Street between the existing car park and the Quay Rd / Maghery Rd.
