The contract provides for the construction of the following: — 1 190 m of 225 mm dia gravity sewer including 10 m river crossing, — 30 No. Manholes, — 3 321 m of 100 mm dia rising main, — 75 m of 3m wide access road, — Demolition of 3No. Houses, — 640 Cubic m of Fill Pump Staion Site, — Construction and associated landscaping of pumping station. The following works are required to be undertaken by Specialists: — Mechanical and Electrical Works required at pumping station, — Archaeological monitoring along pipeline route and pumping station site, — Structural condition survey of building within vicinity of works and of building to be demolished as part of the contract. (A suitability assessment questionnaire is required to be completed by the Specialist for each of the categories outlined above and submitted as part of the Contractor's Tender. The assessment shall be used to satisfy the Client that the Specialists proposed by the main contractor for each category have the appropriate qualifications and resources to undertake the specialist tasks required under the contract and that the Specialists proposals are in compliance with the Contract Documents.).
