Economic, engineering and financial consultancy services. ComReg proposes to award contracts in respect of three lots under the accelerated, restricted procedure. The objective of the contract(s) is to provide economic, engineering and financial consultancy advice in relation to these projects: — Lot 1 – revised wholesale broadband access price control, — Lot 2 – margin squeeze test for fixed narrowband access, — Lot 3 – leased lines / partial private circuits / ethernet pricing. Please note that this is an expression of interest notice and not an invitation to tender. Interested parties are required to submit a Pre-qualification questionnaire ("PQQ") as part of their expression of interest. Following an assessment of submitted PQQs by ComReg, the successful parties will be requested to submit an invitation to tender to ComReg. Those successful parties will then be the subject of a formal tender process. ComReg is using an accelerated restricted procedure for the procurement of these services due to the urgency associated with these contracts.
