The Contracting Authority (National Roads Authority) wishes to procure a contractor to design and construct a motorway service area (subject to planning approval) on the Kilcullen to Carlow section of the M9 Motorway, which is currently under construction. The proposed motorway service area will be a single sided facility and will be accessible from the motorway by means of a new grade separated junction to be constructed as part of this contract.
