Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Tranche 2 Motorway Service Area Contract – M7 Nenagh. The Contracting Authority (National Roads Authority) wishes to procure a contractor to design and construct a motorway service area (subject to planning approval) on the Castletown to Nenagh section of the M7 Motorway, which is currently under construction. The proposed motorway service area will be a single sided facility and will be accessible from the motorway by means of a new grade separated junction to be constructed as part of this contract. The motorway service area will comprise facilities for motorists and their passengers including extensive parking, fuel station, an amenities building consisting of a restaurant, convenience shop and toilet facilities, and a Garda enforcement area.
