DIT Information Services wish to use server virtualisation technology to provide development and test environments for a number of applications. Over time, production environments may also utilise virtualisation opportunities. We seek a partner to assist us in building the environments which will support our application portfolio and its development over a 5 year period. We consider that this will be a key requirement demanding a professional and effective relationship with the successful tenderer. This RFT is for the supply, installation, support and maintenance of a database infrastructure (server hardware and associated kit) which will deliver this database infrastructure strategy.
