RFT to Establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Security Services. The Minister for Justice & Law Reform (invites tenders from Service Providers for the provision of security services within the Republic of Ireland. The purpose of this tender competition is to conclude a Framework Agreement, for a term not exceeding 4 years, with up to 8 service providers (therein referred to as “Framework Member”) to provide security services. Once the Framework Agreement is concluded with the Framework Members the Contracting Authority may then award a Contract following a request for supplementary tender (mini-competitions) as set out in the Framework Agreement which accompanies this tender document. The frequency and scope of the supplementary tenders (mini-competitions) shall be determined by the requirements of the Contracting Authority, and the other parties eligible to participate in this agreement (and herein referred to as “Clients”).
