These goods will be supplied to the Oireachtas Catering Facilities located in Leinster House, Kildare Street, Dublin 2. Tenderers should note that there is no guarantee of any volume, value or frequency of services under this contract.
This competition relates to a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (Cascade System), which once established entitles the successful tenderers to be considered for all contracts and supply orders within the defined scope of the framework agreement. This will involve the Contracting Authority approaching the highest-ranked framework member with a request to supply the goods in question. If unavailable, the next ranked framework member will be approached.
