Removal of stained glass window, restoration and installation, University College Dublin. University College Dublin is issuing this suitability assessment questionnaire inviting expressions of interest as the first stage of a two-stage process under the restricted procedure. The purpose of the first stage is to obtain information from applicants to determine their suitability on the basis of financial standing, technical competence and capability and relevant experience to carry out the project. Please note this is not a tender document. University College Dublin intends to award a contract for the removal of a stained glass window of national importance (known as the Kevin Barry window) from the National Concert Hall, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin and following restoration of same, off site, to reinstall the restored window into a prepared vertical display in the Charles Institute, Belfield Campus, University College Dublin. It is envisaged that the top five scoring applicants will brought forward to the second stage of this process, Invitation to Tender.
