The Higher Education Authority
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a comprehensive range of graphic design, publication design and related creative services. The successful tenderer will work closely with the HEA Communications Section and other internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver high-quality publications, digital content, branding, promotional materials and associated design outputs in support of the HEAโs statutory, corporate and communications functions. The services will be delivered in line with the HEAโs digital-first policy, brand guidelines, accessibility obligations and statutory requirements, including the publication of materials in both Irish and English where required.
