Maintenance and support for a range of printers as follows: Maintenance and Support of a very wide range of printers – The services required will include "break/fix", hardware & software supply and telephone support. The responding companies will be expected to provide national on site support with 8 hour Service Level Agreements. Preference will be given to companies who can offer a single solution to all or most requirements.
