Electrical maintenance services (prequalification). The Electrical Contractor will be based at the main campus in Bishopstown. The main campus has a building footprint of some 90 000 sq.m. As well as the original RTC building, the campus consists of the library & IT building, gymnasium, astroturf pitch, running track and playing pitces. a number of new buildings were completed in recent years including; administration building, students centre, tourism & hospitality building, sports stands, nembus building, tyco and rubicon centre. the institute also occupies a number of additional buildings located throughout the city.
