Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations

Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Alarm maintenance and monitoring services. Dublin City Council has 109 older person’s complexes with 3 600 units in total. Each unit is equipped with an emergency pull-cord alarm system which the older person can use in case of emergency. The Council proposes to engage in a competitive dialogue procedure in order to establish two single-operator framework agreements as follows: — Lot 1: Alarm maintenance and repair, — Lot 2: Alarm monitoring service. Interested parties may apply for one or both lots. The duration of each framework agreement will be for 4 years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any subsequent contracts entered into under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework.
