Repair & Maintenance Services. Subject to the necessary and relevant approvals, the Contracting Authority wishes to award a Framework Agreement for a panel of suitably qualified and competent contractors with the capability of providing repair and maintenance services to nominated vehicles within its fleet. This Framework Agreement will be to provide the following 1. Repair and maintenance services in accordance with Original Manufacturers Specifications to various fleet types. The Services will be available during normal working hours and outside normal working hours. Towing and recovery services during normal working hours and outside normal working hours. It will be the intention of the Contracting Authority to set up a panel of strategically located contractors to provide the services on demand for a period of three (3) years. The Contract will be based on labour rate per hour and where applicable, a % mark up on parts supplied by the Contractor. A high level fleet profile is included with this Notice to assist Applicants in understanding the type of vehicles associated with this Framework Agreement.
