Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Corrib Gas Terminal Operations – Fabric and Maintenance Support Services. The Corrib natural gas field is being developed as a subsea tie back to an onshore processing facility. The gas will be piped ashore from the offshore wells to a gas processing terminal at Bellanaboy Bridge, Co. Mayo, West of Ireland, where it will be processed before it enters the Bord Gáis Éireann national network. The field will provide up to 60 % of Irelands gas needs at peak supply. Shell E&P Ireland ('Shell'), as operator of the Corrib Gas Terminal will require fabric and maintance support services throughout the operational phase of the terminal. These fabric and maintance support services shall include but not be limited to: - Provision of resources and services as required to supplement permanent maintenance staff at the terminal, including: · Riggers · Pipe fitters · Welders · Mechanical, electrical and instrumentation technicians. · Engineering and construction services · Inspection services NDT, UT etc. - Provision of resources and services at short notice in the event of equipment breakdown. - Provision of increased resources and services at times of major shutdowns - Provision of onsite scaffolding & access systems as required by Shell, including: · Scaffold · Scissors Lifts · Cherry Pickers · MEWPS · Rope Access (including specialist personnel) - Provision of onsite insulation services as required by Shell. - Provision of preparation and painting of onsite pipework and structural as required by Shell. - Provision of craneage and lifting (including experienced personnel) as required by Shell.
