Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Buildings and Plant Maintenance Services. These contracts are for the maintenance services at various Dublin Bus Garage and Office locations in Dublin. The services are required mainly within Bus Garages which maintain significant numbers of large passenger service vehicles, however works will also be required in ancilliary office & depot facilities within the greater Dublin area. Maintenance services are required for four separate contracts in the following general categories of activity : Mechanical Maintenance Services involving general plant maintenance and repair on systems such as AdBlue, Fuel Delivery and bund testing and repairs, Pumps, Bus Washes, Chassis Wash and Fume Extraction. Also works involve associated general metal fabrication and welding. Experience of ATAEX standards and equipment is required. Capability of carrying out small civil works such as concrete repairs would also be desirable. Electrical Maintenance Services involving general electrical maintenance and repair together with associated minor new installations work as required. Experience of large industrial electrical installations and garage equipment such as fume extraction, bus washes, traffic light control systems, large standby generators and battery chargers. Experience of ATAEX standards and equipment is required. Heating and Plumbing services involving the full service maintenance of existing large heating boilers , burners, Heat Exchangers, Gas Radiant Heater panels and associated pipework , pumps, etc including general plumbing maintenance and installation services as required. Air Conditioning Maintenance of mainly Mitsubishi Units and Large Air Handling Ventilation and extraction system services. Also experience in refrigeration service and maintenance for large walk-in Freezers.
