Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: The O' Malley Park Remedial Works Scheme (phase 2). Limerick City Council invites Expressions Of Interest from suitable building/civil engineering firms to execute phase 2 of the O' Malley Park Remedial Works project. These works include external and internal refurbishment to 18 tenanted houses, external refurbishment to 8 private houses, demolition of 5 houses, construction of 8 houses, construction of a number of minor extensions, and considerable external environmental improvement works Further details of the works and the selection process are contained in the Informarion Note available from the Local Authority. Shortlisting of the applicants will be based on the selection criteria, and only those candidates who have fully complied with the information sought in the Information Note will be considered for inclusion on the shortlist. On the basis of the submissions received, a minimum of 5 applicants will be invited to submit proposals and/or attend for interview.
