Refurbishment and Improvements to existing Community Centre at Laghta, Kinlough, Co.Leitrim. The works will consist of the replacement of existing roof sheeting, insulation of inner leaf and underfloor as well as the conversion of existing heating system to a heat pump system with solar back up. Minor building works comprising of the removal of existing dormer vents and closing in an existing open porch will be required. All paint works including the restoration of the existing sports floor.
