In summary, the Services comprise:  Provide expert advice to determine most suitable disposal method  Produce a comprehensive report on the advised market value of the property  Effectively advertise and conduct property showings to ensure maximum exposure to interested parties  Deliver a detailed report on the entire disposal process, including timelines, advertising budgets, and any pertinent updates  Provide weekly reports on the number of viewings and interested parties  Engage with potential buyers, convey their offers to us, and represent us diligently and with our utmost advantage in mind
