Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Operation & Maintenance of On Track Machines. Ianród Éireann - Irish Rail is looking to appoint suitable service providers to perform one or all of the following: 1. Operate and Maintain (programmed and running repairs) of elements of Iarnród Éireann’s On Track Machine (OTM)fleet. This is an all inclusive lot and in circumstances where it is awarded, Lots 2 & 3 shall not be awarded. ("Lot No. Operate and Undertake Running Repairs of elements of Iarnród Éireann’s On Track Machine (OTM) fleet. ("Lot No. Undertake Programmed Maintenance only of elements of Iarnród Éireann’s On Track Machine (OTM) fleet. ("Lot No. Iarnród Éireann’s OTM fleet is comprised of the following elements: a. Plain Line and P&C Tampers, b. Regulators, c. Ballast Cleaners, d. Dynamic Track Stabilizer, e. Other Multi Purpose Vehicles (MPV) and such other ancillary or associated services as may be required. The appropriate safety case in accordance with the Railway Safety Act, 2005 will be an integral part of a contractual arrangement and the successful tenderer/s will be required to obtain a safety case on its own behalf. "The following indicative timetable is envisaged in respect of the. 5.3.2010 - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire available to participants, 22.3.2010 - time limit for receipt by Iarnrod Eireann of requests to participate, 1.4.2010 - invitations to tender will be issued to pre-qualified participants. Iarnrod Eireann anticipate that up to six (6) participants, whom have successfully pre-qualified, will be invited to submit tenders. It is anticipated that a Pre Qualifcation Questionnaire will be available from 5th March 2010 from the contact listed in Annex A.
