Iarnród Éireann is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates to provide mobile flash butt welding services on their rail network. The services may include mobile flash butt welding of different rail types including 60kg and 54kg and will be executed in the line, at the line side or at designated locations utilising a self propelled road/rail vehicle, operating to Iarnród Éireann standard gauge of 1602mm and with high output flash butt welding capabilities.
