Appointment of quantity surveyor. The appointment of a quantity surveyor to provide quantity surveying services for a Multi-User Education Campus at a former army barracks in Monaghan Town consisting of the following: (a) Gael Scoil - 16 classroom primary school; (b) Gael Cholaiste - 400 student post primary school; and (c) Institute of Further Education - 500 student college/institute. Part of the site for the Project is to be reserved for the construction of an additional national school at a later date. The quantity surveying services shall include, through the five stages of the project, the production of order of magnitude cost reports, production of detailed cost plans, value engineering, procurement of tender documents, tender evaluation, advice on construction contracts, production of cost reports, processing contractor payments and negotiation of final accounts.
