Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Design & Printing Services Framework. EirGrid has a continual need for a variety of design and/or print services and therefore intends to establish a framework for these services. As part of the development of this Framework Agreement, EirGrid has divided the services into two Lots as outlined below. Candidates are invited to submit a qualification application for one or more Lots. Design of Corporate Communications Publications. This includes, but is not limited to, requirements such as: — Design of annual report, — Design/update of one-off publications as needed, — Design of series of publications and reports, — Typesetting/formatting of English and, when necessary, Irish versions of the text, — Supply of publications in pdf or other electronic format for publication on CD/DVD and on the Internet, — Duplicating CD/DVD’s may occasionally be required; and, — Managing the print aspects of the publications with successful suppliers in Lot 2. This includes, but is not limited to, requirements such as: — General printing requirements including pre-printed stationery, business cards, CD/DVD covers, leaflets, etc, — Printing, including binding, of some corporate communications publications, — Working with successful suppliers; and, — Distribution of print material may be required on an exceptional basis.
