This tender is in two lots, Lot 1 is for the appointment of a Public Relations agency and Lot 2 is for the appointment of a Public Affairs Agency. As Waterways Ireland works in two jurisdictions, it is important that the agencies have experience and a strong track record of delivering for clients across Ireland and Northern Ireland in national and local/ regional media (due to the geographic footprint of each of our waterways and their respective target audiences). The tender stes out to award two contracts, one for Public Relations and one for Public Affairs however a single agency house may tender for both contracts.
