Provision of Soft Skills Training Courses

Commission for Regulation of Utilities

The CRU (Commission for Regulation of Utilities) wish to procure suitable learning and development service providers to provide training courses (primarily soft skills training), to build on and expand the existing skill set of current and future CRU staff. The CRU currently employs circa 130 staff, with plans to recruit approximately 70 more staff over the next two years. The CRU operates a hybrid working model which aims to create a work environment that is purposeful, flexible, digital and one that will fully deliver on all its mandates. CRU is inviting tenders to provide a range of soft skills training courses through a combination of traditional classroom and virtual settings. Services are split into individual Lots and include the following areas: โ€ข Lot 1 โ€“ Information Technology โ€“ Microsoft Suite, โ€ข Lot 2 โ€“ Communication and Personal Effectiveness, โ€ข Lot 3 โ€“ Professional Development
