Atlantic Technological University (ATU) wishes to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of an online English language support programme for students for whom English is not a first language. The programme relates to all students both on campus and online. The aim of the English language support programme is to provide International students or students for whom English is not their first language with high quality online English language support that includes live online lectures, online video lessons and tests.
