The National Transport Authority (Authority) is consolidating its operations into a new single headquarters building and has selected a new building (Haymarket) in Dublin City Centre. At present, the Authority occupies a number of different premises, with varying lease expiry dates. The relocation to the new premises must be completed before the expiry of the existing leases. The expected timescale for relocation and occupation of the new headquarters workplace is early Q3 2024. Haymarket is currently completed to CAT A fit-out and is due for full fit-out practical completion in July 2024. It is planned that the Authority will occupy all areas of this building excluding two retail areas on the ground floor level. The Authority is proposing to introduce a contract for Integrated Facilities Management Services to its new Head Quarters (Haymarket) in the Dublin area, designed to deliver the optimal value for money solution without losing the local focus and quality of direct support in each area.
