Provision of Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control Monitoring

Short description

The scope of this framework is for the provision of Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) monitoring over a portfolio of residential units at varying stages in the development process. The Land Development Agency (LDA) requires 5no. suitably qualified and experienced Operators with the multi-disciplinary technical services required to execute Construction QAQC monitoring as outlined in this document. This expertise will include but is not limited to the following: - Architect or Building Surveyor - Civil and Structural Engineering - Mechanical and Electrical Engineering - Fire Safety - DAC / Universal Access - ESG Specialist - Facade Consultant Please refer to tender documents for full description.

(1) Interested parties must associate their organisation with this competition on the eTenders web site (www.etenders.gov.ie) in order to be included on the mailing list for clarifications and to upload tender responses.
