The provision of a comprehensive, high quality, flexible and responsive catering service. The relationship with the successful tenderer will be managed by TUS or a wholly owned subsidiary of TUS. Customers of the service include University students, staff, visitors, stakeholders and commercial clients. The University expects the service to incorporate continuous development, foodservice innovation, focus on healthy food and support sustainable development.
