Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Integrated Estate Management and Administrative Housing Services. The Contracting Authority intends to award an agreement for the provision of the following services (as further detailed in the tender documents) for an area in the Dublin Docklands of +/- 10 hectare (further details of which will be provided in the tender documents)(the "Estate"): 1. The Estate will consist of: a)commercial buildings; b)social housing; c)affordable housing; and d)affordable rent accommodation. a) provide the public area services (as further detailed in the tender documents) with regard to the Estate; and b) collect and manage public area services charges from owners and occupiers of buildings in the Estate as further detailed in the tender documents. Administrative Housing Services: The Service Provider shall assist the Contracting Authority in the administration (as further detailed in the tender documents) of social housing, affordable housing and affordable rent accommodation in the Estate. Such services shall include, without limitation, the following administrative services: a) assisting, assessing and managing social housing,affordable housing and affordable rent accommodation; b) collection of rental payments; and c) verifying compliance with conditions of occupation for social housing, affordable housing or affordable rent accommodation as appropriate.
