An Garda Síochána invites tenders from suitably qualified providers for the design and delivery of: (i) Introductory training in the use of the civil service Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) for up to 300 senior members, both sworn (i.e. police officers) and civilian, and for up to 250 junior and middle ranking staff, both sworn and civilian; (ii) PMDS train-the-trainer courses for approximately 28 sworn and civilian members, who will then deliver the above introductory training to the rest of the organisation.
