Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Request for proposal for the supply of printed matter. Enterprise Ireland wishes to establish a framework agreement with multiple print service suppliers over a two year period with a possible rollover of a further year, comprising of general high quality print, magazine and distribution. Delivery will be required to our head office in East Point Business Park, Dublin 3 and to our regional office locations, as required. The contract will be subject to an initial six month probationary period followed by periodic reviews of supplier performance. The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competitive tendering process amongst the tenderers using the restrictive procedure. The framework agreement will have a duration of two years with a possible rollover of a further year and contracts may be awarded at any time during this framework period. The use of sub contractors may be permitted in respect of this contract. The contract will be awarded in lots. Lot 1. General high quality print such as book and report production for items such as annual reports, directories, reference books, brochures, invites and posters. Lot 2. Magazine print and distribution.
