Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Distribution of Unaddressed Information Leaflets to All Households. The Department of Foreign Affairs is seeking suitably qualified service providers for a possible distribution of unaddressed information leaflets on the Lisbon Treaty to all households throughout the State. The leaflets will be single sheet, and will be pre-folded. The target period for the possible distribution to households is the week begining 1.7.2009, but this may be subject to variation by the Department. The Department reserves the option, at its sole discretion, to award the successful tenderer a further contract for distribution of further information materials (eg leaflets) to all households at a later date in 2009, possibly in September.
