Supply PVC pipes and fittings to Dublin City Council 2010-2014. Dublin City Council wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of PVC pipes and fittings. It is intended that the established framework will be used to cater for the bulk of Dublin City Council's requirements for PVC pipes and fittings over a 3 year period, with an option to extend the framework for a further year. Dublin City Council has identified a core list of approximately 120 products for this tender. Delivery arrangements, order quantities and frequency of deliveries will be agreed with the successful tenderers, while candidates for the tender list are invited to advise on the norms associated with their company. Dublin City Council is using the open procedure for this contract. This means that only companies who demonstrate their competence by responding to the information requirements under financial/economic capacity and technical/professional ability, as outlined in the conditions for Participation Section (III.2) of this notice will be considered for inclusion on the tender list.
