Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Managed Print Copy Service and Associated Services. The contracting authority invites tenders for the provision of a managed in-house print/photocopying service (from both softcopy and hardcopy) for the Institute. ("The Services") in accordance with the provisions of these Instructions to tenderers and subject to the terms and conditions which the contracting authority will issue to the successful bidder ("the Contract") Description/object of the contract:: Candidates must complete a supplier pre-qualification questionnaire and provide: Details and dates of recent major installations along with site references and contact names. Independent endorsement of product(s) which they wish to supply. Details of the company's on-site servicing and maintenance capability, including response times. All proposed equipment will have to work with one card solutions print/copy management software. The maximum number of suppliers who will be invited to tender will be 7. The Institute upon awarding the contract to the successful company will retain this company's service for up to 36 months at the discretion of the Institute after the contract is awarded and subject to a 6-monthly review. The Institute reserves the right to extend it by a further 2-year period subject to the Institutes satisfaction. Only fully completed pre-qualification questionnaires, accompanied by the appropriate documentary evidence requested will be accepted by the contracting authority.
