The contract shall include the planning, integration design, manufacture, works inspection and testing, packing, marking and dispatch from works, insurance, delivery to Turlough Hill, installation and erection, commissioning, site testing, putting into reliable commercial service, warranty during the guarantee period and provision of all drawings, documentation, operation and maintenance manuals in accordance with the Specification for the replacement of the Governor Control System, Electro Hydraulic Converter, speed measurement system and overspeed system. It shall also include the training of the Purchaser's staff, both maintenance and operations.
