Limerick Co. Co. Library HQ and Ancillary Offices at Dooradoyle. Limerick County Council wish to appoint contractors for the construction of a Library Headquarters and ancilliary offices at Dooradoyle .The proposed building consists of approximately 4 000 sq metres of accommodation laid out over two floors to serve the Library H Q, City and County Archive service, Road Design Office, environmental Laboratory and Regional Waste Management Office. The contract will be awarded in lots. Lot 1 construction contract; Lot 2 mechanical contact; Lot 3 electrical contract. Lots 2 and 3 will be selected as nominated sub-contractors to the main contract. Interested parties must complete and return a questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion on the tender list. A separate questionnaire must be submitted for each lot applied for.
