Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Design/Build 50 Bed Community Nursing Units in the greater Dublin Area. The Health Service Executive are seeking expressions of interest from contractors who wish to tender for the Design and Construction of a number (greater than 2) of 50 Bed Community Nursing Units. The form of construction proposed may be modular, system build or traditional. Each Unit will be approximately 2200 square meters in area and will be constructed on sites provided by the Health Service Executive. (It should be noted that this notice superceds a notice published on 15.07.2006.)
