The purpose of this suitability assessment questionnaire is to obtain information from specialist applicants to determine their eligibility for the position of Specialist subcontractor to the main Contractor on a particular project that requires the Specialist subcontractor to undertake the specialist works as identified above by the Contracting Authority. It is intended to shortlist a panel of 5 suitably qualified candidates to be named in the Main Contract tender documents as a panel of eligible specialists for the position of Specialist subcontractor to the Main Contractor. The scope of this project covers the design, supply, installation and configuration of Audio Visual Equipment and services as required by the Client for the new HQ building in Smithfield. The following is a summary of the scope : โ€ข detailed design proposals, โ€ข schematic drawings, โ€ข room operation descriptions, โ€ข room and equipment layouts, โ€ข elevation drawings, โ€ข line-of-site drawings, โ€ข design calculations, โ€ข equipment schedules, โ€ข technical data, โ€ข rack layouts, โ€ข touch panel and user interface layouts, โ€ข supply and installation of equipment including but not limited to: o Video Conferencing devices o Touch Controllers o Cameras o Microphones o Speakers o Screens o HDMI and USB-C cables o Room Booking Panel, Room Booking System Software o Interactive Screens โ€ข Systems and software including configuration โ€ข On-site Installation and Commissioning โ€ข Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
