Description of renewals:
The Contract the subject of this competition is a contract for 30 months for PMP Phases 1-2 with the option to extend by a period of up to 12 months at IÉ’s discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Contract Notice is referred to in Section 3.1 of this PQQ. Phases 3-6 will follow on from Phases 1-2.

It is anticipated that the services for Phases 1-2 will be required for an initial period of 30 months with the option to extend by a period of 12 months at IÉ’s discretion, and with Phases 3-6, encompassing Preliminary Design, the Planning & Statutory Process, the Detailed Design & Tender Process and Contract Award and Construction & Implementation, to follow thereafter. It is noted that movement to each subsequent Phase is subject to approval of the current Phase through the Gateway process.
