Tenderers should note that this competition is being run under Regulation 74 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (the โRegulationsโ), and accordingly is subject only to limited aspects of the Regulations. As this is a framework, the values outlined below per lot, are estimated figures only, over the full duration of the framework. Lot D1 โ Senior Counsel โ estimated framework value range is between EUR 2,000,000 โ EUR 5,000,000 and Lot D2 โ Junior Counsel (7+ PQE) estimated framework value range is between EUR 1,000,000 โ EUR 4,000,000.
The figure in the estimated framework values per lot outlined above represents the Central Bankโs current best estimate of the anticipated total value per lot if fully extended, but it is not possible to be definitive in this regard by virtue of nature of the relevant services. These figures represent estimates only and do not amount to a guarantee that any purchases will be made pursuant to the Framework Agreement. The total values may be significantly lower, or indeed significantly higher than the figures estimated per lot. The maximum number to be admitted to each framework is 15. Call-off contracts awarded during the framework term may be for periods continuing after the expiry of the framework term. Tenderers are required to submit the relevant documents for whichever lot they are tendering for, in accordance with the requirements set out in the ITT.
