Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Employer’s Representative services in connection with a variety of projects within the Council’s administrative area, including new build and refurbishment projects of housing, civic, community, recreational and public realm natures. Framework members will be required to provide Employer’s Representative services and associated services for stages (iic) – (v) of the Capital Works Management Framework or a subset thereof. Framework members will be required to cooperate, co-ordinate and liaise with other third-party service providers appointed by the Contracting Authority for individual projects, such as Architect, Design Team Lead, Project Manager, Design Certifier, Assigned Certifier, Quantity Surveyor, Civil and Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Landscape Architects, Fire Safety Consultant, Disability Access Design Consultant, Project Supervisors for the Design Process (PSDP), Conservation Architects, Archaeological Consultant, Environmental Consultants, Sustainability consultant and other services as deemed necessary by the Contracting Authority The Framework Agreement will be established on the foot of an initial contract for Employers Representative Service. This initial project the Building Contract is for Works Designed by the Employer PW-CF1. The project involves the design and delivery of a new housing scheme for Dublin City Council. The site of the former military stores is located on Infirmary Road, Dublin 7 and bounded by Montpelier Gardens to the north, Infirmary Road to the west and Montpelier Hill to the south and directly opposite the Criminal Courts of Justice building. The overall site contains a number of Protected Structures including the Married Quarters, the Boundary Walls and gateways RPS ref. 3994. The development will provide 38 no. new homes arranged in 2 no. residential buildings on the southern lower part of the site. Only those Applicants capable of meeting all the requirements will be considered. Applicants who do not meet these requirements, as set out in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire, will be eliminated and will not proceed to the next stage.
