The Health Services Executive (HSE) invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified services providers for the provision of Employers Representative Services (including Planning) [ including provision for potential separate appointment of a Technical Advisor if required by HSE] for which it is proposed to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement to award call-off contracts for major capital works projects (and in some cases minor capital works projects) at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh and CHI at Temple Street.
