Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Phase 1BC Auditorium Building Fit-Out Packages. This Procurement procedure deals with the procurement of furniture and equipment to fit-out a 3rd level teaching building, extending to 8 350 m², over 4 levels. The building will consist of auditoria, general purpose teaching rooms, teaching labs, offices, student welfare facilities and support facilities, at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. Construction works are underway on the building, and the Contract Completion date is in February 2010. The successful tenderer for each fit-out package will be engaged directly by Mary Immaculate College to supply and install all required items in the respective Lot. Tenders will be sought from selected candidates (based on pre-qualification submissions) for the following Lots: — Lot 1: Education Furniture - Lot 2: Office / General Furniture - Lot 3: Audio Visual Equipment - Lot 4: Catering Equipment - Lot 5: Window Blinds. It is anticipated that Lots will be awarded to successful tenderers in August / September 2009, and the goods will be required to be delivered, installed / assembled, and commissioned in February / March 2010.
