The product required is for live cell fluorescence imaging during stimulation of apoptosis, with cells expressing one or more GFP fusion proteins, which may act as fluorescence resonance energy transfer partners. The cells are usually incubated with at least one additional artificial fluorescence probe. The application has to be flexible with regards to the spectra of the probes used, therefore a big number of different dichroics/filters, the possibility of an on-site exchange or other technical solutions are appreciated.
