Mullingar Courthouse - prequalification of contractors. The Commissioners of Public Works, on behalf of the Courts Service, are seeking applications from experienced building, mechanical, electrical, lift, curtainwalling/glazing, joinery, sliding sash windows, wrought and cast ironwork, security services installation and stone restoration contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a list of 5 to 8 contractors from which tenders will be invited for the adaptation of the existing Courthouse, a protected structure, at Mount Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, with extensions to the rear and side. The overall size is 3 365 sq m approx. The project also includes external hard landscaping and site services.
